Using RFQMind

RFQMind provides tools for supplier discovery, structured requests, and pre-order communication. Listings, verification signals, response metrics, and user-submitted content support evaluation but do not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, agency relationship, or contract award.

Buyers and suppliers are responsible for verifying identity, authority, technical requirements, compliance obligations, commercial terms, intellectual-property rights, payment arrangements, and delivery performance before entering a transaction.

PRIVACY SUMMARY

How marketplace information is used

Inquiry, RFQ, supplier-application, and contact information is stored privately for marketplace review. It is not published or shared with a supplier automatically. Public supplier and product records are maintained as a reviewed fixed catalog during this validation stage.

Do not submit payment-card data, government identifiers, trade secrets, export-controlled technical data, or sensitive personal data through general text fields.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Responsible participation

Users must provide accurate business information, submit genuine sourcing requirements, respect intellectual-property and confidentiality obligations, and avoid spam, fraud, scraping, impersonation, malware, sanctions evasion, or illegal trade.

DATA AND RETENTION

Validation-stage storage

The production validation release serves its public catalog from version-controlled JSON. New inquiries, RFQs, supplier applications, support messages, and protected attachments are stored as private Cloudflare R2 objects. Buyer and supplier accounts are not available in this release.
