The business entity, corporate account, and authorization were verified, onboarding was approved, and the store opened. A supplier with an unresolved major report is held out of L1 until it is resolved.
RFQMIND TRUST CENTER
RFQMind organizes supplier identity, capability, commercial, and response signals so buyers can ask better questions before sampling or ordering.
STORE LEVELS
Levels are decided by hard evidence gates, never by a weighted score. Each level requires the one below it, and every claim behind a badge is listed on the supplier page — what was checked, by which method, and until when. A higher store level means RFQMind checked more evidence. It does not mean better products or prices.
The business entity, corporate account, and authorization were verified, onboarding was approved, and the store opened. A supplier with an unresolved major report is held out of L1 until it is resolved.
A valid site verification exists at the registered address — a self-recorded factory walkthrough with a one-time task code, a live video audit hosted by RFQMind, or a third-party audit report — with the capability scope recorded, plus at least one verified quality or system certificate.
At least 3 confirmed projects in the last 12 months from at least 2 independent buyers, quote completeness of 90% or above, and no unresolved major dispute. Performance is re-evaluated continuously, so this level can lapse.
Separate from store levels: recent response behavior meets the marketplace threshold. This signal can change over time and is never part of ranking beyond the filter you choose.
Evidence expires. Certificates and site verifications carry validity dates; lapsed evidence drops the level with it rather than lingering on the badge.
Buyers can contest claims. A signed-in buyer with standing can report a specific verification claim from the supplier page. An accepted report freezes the badge until operations resolve it.
FOR SELLERS
Complete onboarding with your business identity documents. The Store level tab in the supplier workspace lists exactly which gate is missing for the next level — nothing is hidden in a score.
Describe a product in your own words — in any language, 中文也可以 — and the AI listing assistant drafts the structured listing: title, specs, technical facts for your category, and buyer-facing description. You review, add photos, and publish.
Record the factory walkthrough with your one-time task code or register a third-party audit and certificates. Verified capability unlocks the L2 badge buyers filter for.
Quote completely, win RFQs, and confirm projects. Sustained performance from independent buyers earns L3 — and it stays only while performance holds.
